They are available for exchange only, and only if found faulty by the manufacturer. Parts found faulty must include proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of a dated invoice for installation of the part).

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We strive to ship all orders out within 24 hours of them being placed. If your order includes Congleton Service Exclusive parts, some of these are made to order, so you can expect a 2-3 week lead time before they ship out.

What's the returns policy?

All orders must be prepaid. No returns on special order parts. No returns after 30 days. No refunds on electrical parts. 25% handling charge on all returned parts. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. Congleton Service Parts are available for exchange only, and only if the part is found defective by the manufacturer.
