Return & Warranty Policy

CONGLETON SERVICE RETURN POLICY

All orders must be prepaid. No returns on special order parts. No returns after 30 days. No refunds on electrical parts. 25% handling charge on all returned parts. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice. Congleton Service Parts are available for exchange only, and only if the part is found defective by the manufacturer. Please read our Warranty for more information on our Congleton Service Parts.

CONGLETON SERVICE WARRANTY

Congleton Service offers a one-year warranty on Exclusive Congleton Service Parts. These parts are manufactured by Congleton Service and are specifically stated on our web store. They are available for exchange only, and only if found faulty by the manufacturer. Parts found faulty must include proof of professional installation (e.g., a copy of a dated invoice for installation of the part).

In no event shall Congleton Service be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty shall not apply if:

  • Damage occurred due to improper installation or use;
  • Corrosion or damage occurred due to improper maintenance;
  • Damage or structural failure occurs as a result of an accident or road conditions, including off-road use;
  • The product or vehicle is used for commercial purposes, off-road use, or on or off-road racing.

Please notify us immediately if a potential warranty situation arises and we will advise on next steps. If part was damaged in transit, we must be alerted within 24 hrs of delivery so please open your package to inspect it immediately. A suspected faulty part must be returned to us together with the original invoice and proof of professional installation. A suspected faulty part must be returned and received by us before we can do a physical inspection. We do not provide reimbursements for Congleton Service Parts. Parts found defective by the manufacturer (Congleton Service) will be exchanged for a replacement of the same part only. For warranty claims please state vehicle chassis number, date fitted by a technician and mileage, date failed and mileage, and exact nature of fault. No claim will be validated if the failure is caused by misuse, neglect, overheating, incorrect installation or failure of a related component. Warranties are not transferable. Acceptance of Congleton Service Parts is deemed as acceptance of these terms.

The seller, Congleton Service, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties from manufacturers other than Congleton Service. Including any warranty of implied merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Congleton Service neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sales of said products.
