This product carries a $200 core charge that is fully refundable upon shipment of your old unit to Congleton Service. After receiving and installing your new External Louvers, simply mail us your old units to our shop. After passing an assessment of quality, we will refund you back the core charge. These refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Congleton Service.
