1. Place your congletonservice.com order and pay the core charge listed on the product page.

2. Receive your new parts from us and preserve the packaging they were sent to you in.

3. Install your new parts and remove the existing “core” from your vehicle. Take a picture or two for your own records! 

4. Pack your old “core” part for shipping using the original packaging from Congleton Service. Use extra care when packing to prevent damage in transit to ensure a full core charge refund.

5. Use the provided return shipping label to mail your package back to Congleton Service.

6. Congleton Service Owner, Taylor Congleton, will inspect your core upon arrival and initiate your core refund. Congleton Service retains the right and sole discretion to evaluate the quality of all core parts. One of our top priorities at Congleton Service is to provide high quality customer service. If there is a dispute or disagreement, we will work diligently with you to find a solution amenable to both parties.
